Operator and Developer for Furnished Apartments – Focus on B2B and Wind Power

We have around 30 furnished apartments and are looking for you to continue driving and developing our concept.
We are currently in a phase where we want to move entirely away from short-term rentals and focus exclusively on long-term agreements with large corporations and similar entities. We have made good progress in this development and are seeking someone who can establish new contacts with potential clients as well as develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Our primary target group at the moment is the wind power industry, including wind power companies and their subcontractors.

It is a significant advantage if you already have your own customer contacts and experience in similar roles.
We are currently fully booked, which indicates strong business performance, and we are now developing approximately 10 additional apartments to meet future demand.
